Tater Tot Casserole
This is one of our family favorites, and is so easy. I love crock pot cooking!
32 oz. bag frozen tater tots
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 14 1/2 oz. cans green beans, drained
10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1. Line slow cooker with frozen tater tots.
2. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes.
3. Cover. Cook on High 3 hours. Sprinkle individual servings with grated cheese.

Thanks Cari, I forgot all about that recipe. I was looking for something easy to do for tonight. I just got through throwing it all in the crockpot. I'm done. :) yippee! Julia, I really want to make the Shrimp Mushroom Linguini. It sounds so good. I just keep forgetting to buy shrimp!!
I love the new background..way to go whoever did it :) and this looks yummy...sounds easy too...I really need to get a crock pot ;)
Yes, the new look is fabulous. Oh and thanks for the recipe.. I am a fan of anything that has potatoes!
